Job Title: Home Automation Systems Technician

Job Description:

As a Home Automation Systems Technician at I T Dimensions, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting home automation systems for our clients. You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure that each system is customized to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure home automation systems, including smart lighting, climate control, security cameras, and entertainment systems
• Perform routine maintenance on existing systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for system customization
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve service offerings

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in installing and maintaining home automation systems
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java
• Familiarity with networking protocols and hardware
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
