Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Iburn, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn about our products and promotions in order to effectively assist customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Learn about products and promotions to assist customers effectively
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
