Position: Freight Forwarding Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and tracking cargo.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and other service providers to optimize cost efficiency.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the transportation process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
