Job Responsibilities

As a Party & Event Planner at Ideal Party Decorators, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our clients’ events. This includes:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and event requirements
• Creating detailed event proposals and budgets
• Developing creative themes and decorations that align with the client’s vision
• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure seamless execution
• Managing all logistical aspects of the event, such as venue selection, setup, and teardown
• Overseeing on-site event execution to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Providing exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or party decoration
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
