Sales Associate:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs
• Build relationships with customers and establish trust in the brand
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer expert advice on furniture styles, materials, and care
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment

Furniture Designer:

• Create innovative and attractive furniture designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards
• Collaborate with the product development team to bring new designs to life
• Prepare detailed sketches, CAD drawings, and prototypes for production
• Stay updated on current design trends and apply them creatively to furniture pieces
• Ensure that all designs meet technical specifications and manufacturing requirements

Customer Service Representative:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Prior experience in furniture sales, design, or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for excellence
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and design software
• Knowledge of furniture materials, construction methods, and industry trends
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality
