Position: Baptist Pastor

Iglesia Universal is seeking a passionate and experienced Pastor to join our team at our Baptist Church located in [City, State]. As a Baptist Pastor, you will play a crucial role in leading our congregation, delivering inspiring sermons, providing pastoral care, and fostering spiritual growth among our members.

Responsibilities:

– Provide pastoral care, support, and guidance to church members in times of need

– Coordinate and lead discipleship and Bible study classes to deepen the understanding of scripture among members

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Divinity, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Ordained Baptist minister with a strong theological foundation
– Proven experience in pastoral ministry, counseling, and biblical teaching
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong leadership abilities and a heart for serving others
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
– Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
