Job Description:

As an Automobile Machine Shop Technician at Iglesias Machine Shop, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to automotive machine shop services. This includes but is not limited to:

– Operating machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to repair or fabricate automotive parts
– Inspecting, measuring, and testing parts to ensure adherence to specifications
– Working with various materials, including steel, aluminum, and plastic
– Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
– Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
– Following all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive machine shop setting
– Proficient in operating machinery and tools commonly used in the industry
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings and specifications
– Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
– Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus
– Certification in machining or a related field is preferred
