We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Worship Leader.

Position: Worship Leader

Location: Impact Kingdom Center, Downtown

Hours: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

About the Role:

As a Worship Leader at Impact Kingdom Center, you will be responsible for leading our congregation in meaningful and engaging worship experiences. You will work closely with our pastor, musicians, and worship team to create services that inspire and uplift our community. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for music, a heart for worship, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate worship services, including song selection, rehearsals, and audio/visual cues.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.
• Recruit, train, and mentor members of the worship team.
• Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to plan special services and events.
• Stay current on worship trends and incorporate new music and technology into services.
• Provide pastoral care and support to members of the congregation.

Requirements:

• Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in vocals and/or instrument(s).
• Experience leading worship in a church or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• A deep commitment to your faith and a desire to serve others.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
