Position: Flooring Contractor

As a Flooring Contractor at Impact Property Solutions, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flooring for our customers. Your primary duties will include:

– Measuring and cutting flooring materials to fit specific spaces
– Installing hardwood, laminate, tile, carpet, and other types of flooring
– Repairing and replacing damaged flooring
– Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
– Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a flooring installer
– Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Carpet & Rug Dealer

As a Carpet & Rug Dealer at Impact Property Solutions, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect carpet or rug for their homes. Your primary duties will include:

– Educating customers on different types of carpet and rug options
– Helping customers choose the right carpet or rug for their needs and budget
– Taking accurate measurements and providing cost estimates
– Ordering and coordinating the delivery and installation of carpets and rugs
– Providing excellent customer service and following up with customers

Requirements:

– Previous experience in carpet and rug sales
– Knowledge of different types of carpet and rug materials
– Strong sales and negotiation skills
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
