Position: Credit and Debt Counselor
As a Credit and Debt Counselor at Impeccable Credit Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals who are seeking guidance and support in managing their finances. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping others and have a strong understanding of financial services, credit counseling, and debt management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients’ financial situations and goals
- Develop personalized credit and debt management plans for clients based on their individual needs
- Provide ongoing counseling and support to clients to help them follow through with their financial plans
- Educate clients on financial literacy and best practices for managing their money effectively
- Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to reduce debt and improve credit scores
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in credit counseling, debt management, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial services and credit industry regulations
- Certification in credit counseling or related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
