Position: Medical Laboratory Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex tests on patient samples using automated equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Document and report test results to healthcare providers
- Adhere to quality control and quality assurance protocols
- Follow all safety regulations and practices in the laboratory
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- Experience working in a medical laboratory setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
