We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. General Contractors

Some of the responsibilities for this position include:

• Overseeing construction projects from beginning to end
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensuring all work is done in compliance with building codes and regulations

2. Altering & Remodeling Contractors

Some of the responsibilities for this position include:

• Assessing and evaluating the scope of renovation projects
• Developing renovation plans and timelines
• Coordinating with clients to understand their design preferences
• Supervising construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail

3. Home Builders

Some of the responsibilities for this position include:

• Constructing new homes from start to finish
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
• Supervising construction crews and ensuring schedules are met
• Ensuring compliance with safety and building codes
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and quality

Qualifications:

For General Contractors:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

For Altering & Remodeling Contractors:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in remodeling and renovation projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship

For Home Builders:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home construction
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans
• Strong organizational and time management skills
