Job Description

Independence Bank NA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting our products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
• Balance cash drawers and maintain an accurate record of all transactions
• Provide information about our products and services to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their financial goals
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or banking preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
