Are you a food enthusiast who loves Indian cuisine? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join our team at Indian Bazaar & Cafe! We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Position: Server

As a Server at Indian Bazaar & Cafe, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns
• Assist with cleaning and resetting tables as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Position: Line Cook

We are also looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Indian Bazaar & Cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes according to our recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning
• Cook dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
