Job Description
As a Health & Welfare Clinic Coordinator at IPMA, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of health and welfare clinics at various healthcare facilities. Your primary role will be to ensure that these clinics are functioning efficiently and are in compliance with infection prevention protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the setup and operation of health and welfare clinics
Develop policies and procedures for clinic operations
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with infection prevention guidelines
Train clinic staff on infection prevention best practices
Collaborate with healthcare facility management to address any issues related to clinic operations
Monitor clinic performance and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
Experience in clinic management or infection prevention preferred
Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols and regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
