Employment Specialist

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Employment Specialist to join our team. The Employment Specialist will be responsible for working with individuals with disabilities to assess their skills and interests, develop employment goals, and connect them with job opportunities that align with their strengths.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine individuals’ skills, interests, and employment goals
• Develop individualized employment plans and goals
• Provide job coaching and support to individuals in the workplace
• Connect individuals with disabilities to job opportunities in the community
• Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to individuals in the workforce

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for empowering individuals through meaningful employment
