Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting personalized gifts and embroidery options
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Create custom designs and embroidery using our state-of-the-art equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques and machinery is a plus
