Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Insulation Contractors. As an Insulation Contractor at Insulener, you will play a crucial role in installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation systems for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and construction teams to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation materials, such as fiberglass, cellulose, and foam, in residential and commercial buildings
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces
• Seal air leaks and gaps to improve energy efficiency
• Work collaboratively with project managers and construction teams to meet project deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insulation installation is preferred
• Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
