Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Insurance Direct, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling various insurance products to individuals and businesses. This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Educate clients on insurance options and recommend suitable coverage based on their needs
• Presentation of insurance policies and terms to clients
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Active insurance license (preferable)
