Job Title: Insurance Agent

Job Description:

As an Insurance Agent at Insurance Network-Tx-Houston, you will be responsible for selling, soliciting, and negotiating insurance policies to ensure our clients’ needs are met. You will work closely with customers to identify their insurance requirements and provide them with the best coverage options. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain client relationships, process claims, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and solicit insurance policies to meet sales targets
• Negotiate coverage and premium rates with insurance carriers
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Process insurance applications and policy changes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Stay informed about industry developments and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid insurance license in the state of Texas
• Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
