Position: Product Manager

Inteplast Group is seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our Medical Equipment & Supplies division. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies to drive growth and profitability. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies to meet market needs and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
• Analyze product performance and make recommendations for product improvements
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch to end of life
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track product success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management in the medical equipment industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance in the medical industry
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
