Position: Barista

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced barista to join our team. As a barista at Inversion Coffee, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe, and engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to company standards
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe at all times
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
