We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking a talented and professional Banquet Hall Manager to join our team. As a Banquet Hall Manager at Iram’s Reception Hall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all events held at our venue. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution at the banquet hall
• Manage a team of event staff, including servers, bartenders, and cleaning crew
• Work closely with clients to customize event packages and ensure their needs are met
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as caterers and decorators, to ensure seamless event execution
• Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide tours of the banquet hall
• Handle all event logistics, including scheduling, set-up, and breakdown
• Ensure that all events are executed according to the highest standards of service and quality
• Manage event budgets and expenses to ensure profitability

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of banquet hall operations and industry trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and event planning software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Certification in event planning or hospitality management a plus
