We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Computer Network Design & Systems Engineer

– Design, implement, and maintain computer networks for our clients
– Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support
– Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and propose solutions
– Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends

2. Computer Technical Assistance & Support Specialist

– Provide technical assistance to clients over the phone, email, or in person
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
– Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
– Document client issues and resolutions for future reference

3. Computer System Designers & Consultants

– Work closely with clients to design customized computer systems based on their requirements
– Develop detailed system specifications and technical documentation
– Provide guidance and recommendations on hardware and software choices
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Relevant work experience in the respective field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
– Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer are a plus
