Job Title: General Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure adherence to design plans
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in general contracting
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Title: Altering & Remodeling Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute remodeling projects to meet client specifications
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in altering & remodeling
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
