Job Description:

As a Human Resource Consultant at JAB Recruitment LLC, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to our clients. You will work closely with senior management and HR teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues
• Design and deliver training programs on HR best practices
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process
• Advise on compensation and benefits strategies
• Stay current on HR trends and legislation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting
• SHRM certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
