Divorce Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Divorce Attorney to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex divorce cases and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in divorce proceedings, including asset division, child custody, and spousal support
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Appear in court and advocate for clients’ rights
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years experience in family law
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
