1. Line Cook

• Prepares and cooks food according to recipes
• Ensures food quality and presentation meets restaurant standards
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Works efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment

2. Server

• Provides excellent customer service to guests
• Takes orders and serves food and beverages
• Ensures a positive dining experience for all customers
• Handles cash and credit card transactions accurately

3. Dishwasher

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, pots, and pans
• Keeps kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organized
• Assists with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed
• Works efficiently to keep up with the pace of the restaurant
