Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of home construction from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to achieve project goals
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home building
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
