Job Responsibilities

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Performing psychological assessments and evaluations
• Developing treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client
• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Participating in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills
• Adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master’s degree in psychology or related field
• Licensed psychologist in the state of Texas
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
