Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients to address their mental health needs.
• Develop treatment plans based on clients’ goals and progress.
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Supervision designation (LPC-S) preferred.
• Experience providing counseling services to individuals with a variety of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
