We are Hiring: Infertility Counseling Specialist

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infertility Counseling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing emotional support and guidance to individuals and couples facing the challenges of infertility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and couples counseling to support patients throughout their fertility journey
• Assess patients’ emotional needs and develop personalized counseling plans
• Offer guidance and support during fertility treatments, including IVF and other assisted reproductive technologies
• Facilitate support groups and workshops for individuals and couples experiencing infertility
• Collaborate with fertility specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed Counselor or Therapist with experience in infertility counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
