Position: Employment Consultant

Job Description

As an Employment Consultant at Jda Professional Service Inc, you will be responsible for assisting job seekers in finding employment opportunities that align with their skills and career goals. You will also work closely with employers to understand their hiring needs and help them find the perfect candidates. Your main duties will include:

– Conducting initial assessments of job seekers to determine their strengths, skills, and career objectives
– Developing individualized job search plans for each client
– Providing guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
– Matching candidates with job openings that best fit their qualifications and preferences
– Building relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences
– Facilitating interviews and negotiations between job seekers and employers
– Providing ongoing support to both job seekers and employers to ensure successful placements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field
– Previous experience in recruitment, career counseling, or a related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build relationships with clients and employers
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
