Job Title: General Contractor

Position Overview:

• As a General Contractor at JE Dunn Construction Co., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Key duties will include coordinating labor and materials, tracking project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working as a General Contractor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
