Job Responsibilities

• Assessing potential cases and providing legal advice to clients
• Investigating claims by gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
• Filing legal documents and representing clients in court
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Ensuring clients are informed and updated on the progress of their cases

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes
