Position Available: Attorney

Job Description:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as court appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and best interests.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the state bar association.
• 3+ years of experience in Accident & Property Damage Law or Personal Injury Law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
