Position: Physician Assistant

JF Southwest Heart Clinic PA is a leading cardiology practice located in the heart of Southwest. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive cardiovascular care to our patients. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
• Perform procedures such as EKGs and echocardiograms
• Educate patients on heart health and disease prevention
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for cardiac patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current PA license in the state of Southwest
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Prior experience in cardiology is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
