Job Description:
As a Party & Event Planner at Jireh Jumpers & More, you will be responsible for:
Meeting with clients to discuss party/event requirements and objectives
Developing creative and innovative party/event concepts
Planning and organizing all aspects of parties/events, including decorations, entertainment, and catering
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
Managing budgets and ensuring all expenses stay within the allocated funds
Providing on-site coordination during parties/events to ensure everything runs smoothly
Requirements:
Proven experience as a party planner or event coordinator
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
