Position: Line Cook

Job Description:

• Prepare delicious and visually appealing dishes following our recipes
• Cook food in a timely manner while following food safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Position: Server

Job Description:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serve food and beverages to guests following JJ Garden’s standards
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
