Position: Home Improvement Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of home improvement services including but not limited to painting, carpentry, flooring installation, and appliance repair
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality service
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home improvement or a related field
• Strong knowledge of various home improvement techniques and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
