• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Coordinate interviews and job offers
• Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software

Position: Account Manager

We are also seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the success of our recruitment partnerships. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering candidates that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and develop strong relationships
• Understand client hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
• Collaborate with recruiters to source and screen candidates
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and success rates
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
