Position: Tax Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of tax issues, including income tax, estate tax, and tax planning strategies
• Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with tax authorities
• Conduct thorough research on complex tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and review tax-related documents and filings
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies for individuals and businesses

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax law
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
