We are hiring for the following position:

Computer Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
• Diagnose hardware and software issues on computers and consumer electronics
• Perform repairs and upgrades on computer systems
• Install and configure operating systems and software applications
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred
• Experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
