Computer Service Technician
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
Diagnose hardware and software issues on computers and consumer electronics
Perform repairs and upgrades on computer systems
Install and configure operating systems and software applications
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
CompTIA A+ certification preferred
Experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
