We are currently looking to expand our team of experienced professionals in the following position:

General Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Inspect and review work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed of project progress
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety regulations are followed

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Roofing Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial buildings
• Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
• Recommend and implement appropriate solutions to roofing issues
• Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the roofing industry
• Certification in roofing installation and repair
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
