Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with stocking shelves and restocking inventory as needed

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Position: Stock Clerk

Job Description:

• Receive and unload shipments of merchandise
• Stock shelves and display areas with products
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom
• Assist with inventory control and merchandise ordering
• Provide exceptional customer service when assisting customers in locating products

Requirements:

• Previous stock clerk or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic math skills

Job Description:

• Responsibly handle and prepare deli products
