Job Description

As an attorney at Joel A. Gordon & Associates, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of automobile accident, property damage, and other personal injury cases. You will work closely with clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of those who have been injured.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of automobile accident, property damage, and personal injury cases
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the legal process

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on automobile accidents and property damage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
