Position: Attorney

Joel G Holm Attorney at Law is a reputable law firm specializing in various areas of law, including criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and more. We are currently seeking a motivated Attorney to join our team and help us provide high-quality legal services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and deeds
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
