We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Grill Cook:

– Prepare and cook barbecue dishes according to our recipes and specifications
– Ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

2. Server:

– Provide exceptional customer service to guests dining in the restaurant
– Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction
– Knowledgeable about the menu items and able to make recommendations
– Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

3. Catering Coordinator:

– Coordinate catering orders from start to finish, including menu selection, pricing, and delivery
– Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and their events are a success
– Manage catering staff and ensure they provide excellent service
– Plan and execute off-site events smoothly and efficiently
