Position: Production Manager
Job Description:
As a Production Manager at John Henrys Food Products Inc, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food processing and manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your strong leadership skills and experience in the food industry will be essential in driving our production team towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory levels to ensure timely production and delivery of products
- Supervise and train production staff to maximize efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in food processing and manufacturing
- Proven track record of successfully managing production teams

- Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
