Job Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance claims to determine the extent of liability

• Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or related field
• Previous experience as an insurance adjuster preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
